1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

2 Eligibility

Access to the Platform and use of real-money gaming services is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering an Account, you unconditionally represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age. rpoka strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 for all users. Underage gambling is prohibited and any Account found to be held by a person under 21 will be immediately suspended and funds may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law, or in which your accessing the Platform would constitute a breach of law.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the Platform or any affiliated gaming service.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, contractor, agent, or close family member of rpoka or any of its affiliated entities or software providers.
• You are not acting in a professional capacity as a syndicated bettor, arbitrage bettor, or as part of a coordinated group wagering scheme.
• All information you provide during registration and subsequently is accurate, current, and complete.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money Games and services, Users must complete the registration process and maintain an Account in good standing. The following rules govern Account registration and management:

1. One Account Per User: Each User is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds.
2. Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date personal information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. rpoka reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify this information at any time.
3. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. rpoka will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorized Account access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
4. Identity Verification (KYC): Before processing your first withdrawal, and at our discretion at any time thereafter, rpoka will require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. Required documents typically include a valid Indonesian National ID (KTP Nasional), proof of current residential address (utility bill or bank statement issued within the past three months), and a selfie photograph holding your ID. Verification is typically completed within 1 to 24 hours of document submission.
5. Account Suspension and Closure: rpoka reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a User has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

rpoka supports a range of Indonesian payment methods to ensure convenient and reliable fund management for all users.

Accepted Deposit Methods: Bank transfers via BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), and Mandiri (Bank Mandiri); and e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, and GoPay. Additional payment methods may be introduced or retired at rpoka's discretion with reasonable notice.

Deposit Limits: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. The maximum single-transaction deposit is Rp 100.000.000. Daily and monthly aggregate deposit limits may apply and will be communicated through the Account dashboard.

Deposit Processing: Deposits made during Indonesian banking hours via local bank transfer are typically credited within 5 minutes. Off-hours transfers may take up to 24 hours to process. rpoka is not liable for delays caused by third-party banking institutions or payment processors.

Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are only available to Users who have successfully completed KYC verification. Funds derived from Bonus credits must satisfy applicable Wagering Requirements prior to withdrawal. rpoka reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests to verified Indonesian bank accounts (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are typically processed within 24 hours of approval. rpoka does not charge internal withdrawal fees; however, your bank may apply standard transfer charges.

Currency: All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). rpoka does not apply currency conversion charges for IDR-denominated transactions.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

rpoka offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing users. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement of at least 20x the bonus amount before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier for each promotion will be stated in the offer terms.
• Eligibility: Promotions are available to eligible registered users only. rpoka reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and to exclude any user from any promotion without prior notice.
• Time Limits: All bonus offers are subject to an expiry period. Bonus Funds and associated winnings not used or withdrawn before expiry will be forfeited automatically. Expiry periods will be stated in each offer's individual terms.
• Game Contributions: Not all Games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Live dealer table games, for example, may contribute at a reduced rate (typically 10%). Full contribution details are available in the individual promotion terms.
• One Bonus Per Household: Only one bonus of the same type may be claimed per household, IP address, or device. Attempts to circumvent this restriction may result in bonus cancellation and Account suspension.
• No Abuse: rpoka strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to convert Bonus Funds to cash with minimal risk. rpoka reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings where abuse is detected.
• Seasonal Promotions: rpoka may offer time-limited promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and the BRI Liga 1 season calendar. Specific terms for each such promotion will be communicated at the time of launch.

6 Gameplay & Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all Games and betting activities conducted on the rpoka Platform:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by rpoka. rpoka reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its absolute discretion, including but not limited to situations where a bet exceeds account-level limits, market liquidity thresholds, or where suspicious wagering patterns are detected.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each Game or betting market carries its own minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed within the Game interface prior to play. These limits may be adjusted by rpoka at any time.
• Sports Betting: All sports bets, including mix parlay (accumulator) bets covering multiple selections across BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Champions League, and other markets, are governed by the rpoka Sportsbook Rules in addition to these general Terms. Voor bola (Asian handicap) markets are offered on selected fixtures; handicap values are published prior to match commencement and are final once a bet is accepted.
• Game Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the user's account. rpoka shall not be liable for any loss of winnings or opportunity arising from a technical failure beyond its reasonable control.
• Disconnections: rpoka is not responsible for bets voided or game sessions interrupted due to a user's unstable internet connection. Users are advised to maintain a stable connection before commencing real-money play.
• Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any Game or bet, the records maintained in rpoka's server logs shall be considered definitive. All disputes must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 30 days of the event in question.

7 Prohibited Conduct

Users of the rpoka Platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Registering more than one Account, or assisting any other person in circumventing the single-account policy.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Employing automated software, bots, scripts, data scrapers, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in a manner not sanctioned by rpoka.
• Attempting to hack, penetrate, or otherwise compromise the security of the Platform or any associated infrastructure.
• Colluding with other users in any Game, including but not limited to poker chip dumping or coordinated live-dealer betting strategies.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing anomalies for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided and the Account suspended.
• Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract source code from the Platform or any associated software.
• Transmitting any malware, virus, or other harmful code via the Platform.

Violation of any prohibition listed in this section may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the rpoka Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game assets, audio, video, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of rpoka or its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft, among others), and is protected by applicable international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not extend to:

• Reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any Platform content without express written consent from rpoka.
• Using the rpoka brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written authorization.
• Creating derivative works based on Platform content or software.
• Screen-recording, livestreaming, or otherwise broadcasting gameplay in a manner that could constitute commercial exploitation without a formal content partnership agreement with rpoka.

9 Privacy & Data

rpoka is committed to protecting the personal data of all users. The collection, storage, processing, and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with this document.

By registering an Account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including the processing of financial transaction data required for KYC compliance and the prevention of fraud and money laundering.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rpoka and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you or any third party for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Any gambling losses sustained through the use of the Platform, irrespective of the circumstances.
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your Account data resulting from causes beyond rpoka's reasonable control.
• Any errors or omissions in the content of the Platform, or any loss or damage incurred as a result of reliance on such content.
• Any service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure providers, including payment processors, internet service providers, or software licensing partners.

The Platform and all content and services therein are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion of implied warranties or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, rpoka's liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

11 Responsible Gaming

rpoka is deeply committed to the promotion of responsible gaming practices. We operate with the firm belief that gaming should remain an enjoyable form of entertainment and must never be pursued as a source of income or financial relief.

rpoka provides a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools available to all registered users, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality-check reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible through your Account dashboard at any time.

12 Amendments

rpoka reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, rpoka will provide reasonable advance notice to registered users via email or a prominent notification on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting our support team.

The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent version of these Terms became operative. We recommend that users review this page periodically to remain informed of any updates.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rpoka holds its primary operating license.

In the event of a dispute between you and rpoka that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause shall limit rpoka's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Indonesian users acknowledge that they access the Platform voluntarily and are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in their place of residence.
